Returns & Refund Policy
All purchases on the Ashva Rituals website are final. We accept returns only if the product is found to be defective or damaged, as examined and determined by our quality control team.
Refunds will be provided in the form of Ashva Rituals e-vouchers, which can be redeemed for any product in the future. E-vouchers are valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
All refund and exchange queries are handled on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team. Customers are required to share images and videos for reference so we can assist you better.
Refunds for cancellation requests will not include shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Our cancellation policy permits cancellation of orders prior to shipment, with refunds processed solely as e-vouchers for future transactions. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
Product Damage
In case of a damaged or defective product received, our exchange policy lasts for 24 hours from the day of delivery. You must notify our customer service team immediately upon receiving the order if there are any issues. Requests raised beyond the stipulated timeframe will not be eligible for exchange.
Incomplete / Wrong / Damaged Products
In cases of:
1. Incomplete product
2. Partial product
3. Damaged outer packaging
4. Used or tampered product
5. Wrong product received
You must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise, the request will not be entertained.
Please attach images and videos of both the outer packaging and the product from all sides. This helps us resolve the issue faster.
If the original packaging or boxes are discarded, we may not be able to honor the request.
Delivery Issues
For delivery agent issues, POD (proof of delivery) discrepancies, or other courier-related concerns, please raise the request within 24 hours of delivery. Courier partners strictly adhere to this deadline.
You may be asked to attach a copy of your identity proof and signature for verification.
Payment, COD & Prepaid Issues
For issues related to payment failures, COD discrepancies, or delivery delays, please contact our customer care team between 9:00 am – 6:00 pm on business days.
We are always here to help you and resolve your concerns promptly.
Eligibility for Returns
The item must be unused, in mint condition, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required.
Partial e-vouchers may be granted if:
The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
The item is returned after 48 hours from delivery.
International Orders
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for international orders once payment is confirmed and the order is processed. No cancellations or returns will be accepted once your order has been shipped.
E-Vouchers
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your e-voucher. If approved, the e-voucher will be issued within 48 hours of the product reaching our warehouse.
E-vouchers can be redeemed on any product at Ashva Rituals and are valid for 1 month.
Free Gifts
Free gifts are offered at the sole discretion of Ashva Rituals and cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for store credit.
We reserve the right to change or substitute complimentary items based on availability.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded via e-vouchers. Sale items are final and not eligible for refund or exchange unless the product arrives damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift e-voucher for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund e-voucher, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products may vary.
For items valued above ₹1500, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Important Note
Ashva Rituals will never ask for your personal information (passwords, OTPs, or card details) through WhatsApp, calls, or messages. Please do not share sensitive information with anyone claiming to represent Ashva Rituals outside of our official email: care@ashvarituals.com.
